NAR C2EX 1.2

The Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) program is designed to support REALTORS® in their pursuit of professional development and the delivery of high-quality customer service. It is a comprehensive initiative that aims to enhance industry expertise and promote ongoing growth amongst its participants.

One of the key features of the C2EX program is its focus on guiding REALTORS® through a transformative learning journey, ultimately leading to the attainment of a C2EX Endorsement, which requires renewal every three years. The program seeks to achieve several objectives:

• Enhance the service standards and consistency demonstrated by REALTORS®
• Elevate the standing of REALTORS® in the public domain
• Promote broader engagement within the real estate community, emphasizing collaboration and advocacy
• Foster continuous self-improvement for REALTORS® in a seamless manner
